Premade brownie, unfrosted, no nuts, chips ok
1 large box of Chocolate Jello Brand Pudding
1 quart of milk
1 large container of Cool Whip
14 Skor Candy Bars
1 Hershey Bar (optional)

Thaw Cool Whip
prepare chocolate pudding as directed
Smash the Skor Candy Bars
 
Take Large Bowl and layer ingrediants
 
Layer 1  brownie bits
Layer 2  Skor candy bar bits
Layer 3  Cool Whip
 
Repeat 2 times
 
Finish with Hershey bar curls (use vegitable peeler and shave candy)
 
Refrigerate covered 30 minutes
 
Relax and enjoy

Cindy’s Mac N Cheese

Start with:

1 bag of small elbow macaroni

1 quart of milk

1 pound of Colby Cheddar Cheese

1 stick of margarine or butter

paprika, seasoning salt & pepper

begin with 1 cup of milk in a blender, add 1 inch squares of cheese one at a time until well blended, if mixture gets too thick, add milk, once cheese completely blended add spices to taste and add margarine/butter.

pour mixture in a large mixing bowl.  add cooked macaroni, mix well.  Pour into baking dish, be sure to press macaroni down with spook to ensure well covered, bake covered for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees, you can uncover and continue to bake for 10 minutes if you want crunchy topping on dish.  Press any exposed macaroni into dish and serve.

Green Bean Casserole

2 Cans of Green Beans
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 Cup of Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Can of Durkee Onions (Cheesey ones too)
Combine ingredients and bake 30 minutes in oven at 350 degrees

Cindy’s Chili

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion
Brown together in frying pan.
Transfer to Large Cooking Pot
add 1 can of each (same size can as green beans)
Bush’s Chili Beans or Hunts Chili Beans (Can may be larger)(do not drain liquid)
White Beans (drain liquid)
Kidney Beans (drain liquid)
Pinto Beans (drain liquid)
Stewed Tomatos (italian style ok)
Tomato Sauce
Bring to a boil and turn low and simmer 30 minutes.

Day 1, serve with shredded cheese
Day 2, serve over baked potato with cheese
Day 3, make chili dogs with cheese
Day 4, make cheese toast with chili on top
Day 5, your choice

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

1 (16 ounce) Pound Cake Mix
3 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Melted Margarine
4 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
14 Ounces Sweet Condensed Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
16 Ounces of Canned Pumpkin

Step One
Mix:
Cake Mix, 1 Egg, Margarine and 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
Press into greased 15 x 10 (or 9 x 13) pan
Step Two
Beat Cream Cheese until Fluffy (with electric mixer)
Gradually add milk, then add eggs, then add pumpkin and remaining spices.
Step Three
Pour mixture over crust and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees

Everything but the kitchen sink

I dont have a name for this.

Fry 1 pound of bacon remove from pan and set aside.
Dice 1 medium potato for each person you will be feeding and add to bacon renderings
Add chopped onion 1/2 to 1 onion according to your taste
cover and cook on low heat until potatos are soft
pour off any excess bacon grease
Crumble bacon and add to potato mixture
Add 2 scrambeled eggs for each person you are feeding, pour uncooked eggs over mixture and stir until eggs cooked.
Salt and pepper and garlic or garlic powder to taste
Add Sour Cream (enough to cover all of the cooked mixture)
serve

You can also top with shredded cheese
you can substitue bacon with sausage
add any of the following:
Bell peppers, mushrooms or anything you desire

Berry Jello Salad

16 ounce small curd cottage cheese
1 large box of sugar free Triple Berry Jello (or Strawberry)
1 cup of mashed strawberries (good with black berries or raspberries)
1 large Cool Whip (thawed)

Mix in order listed 1 ingredient at a time with electric mixer
Cool 1 hour then serve.

Pistacio Dessert (aka Green Gunga)

1 large can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
2 small boxes of sugar free pistacio pudding
1 large container of cool whip (lite) thawed
2 sliced bananas
1 cup of mini marshmellows

mix each ingrediant in order listed with electric mixer.
chill in refrigerator 1 hour and serve.

Easy Quiche

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Mix together
1/2 Cup Melted Margarine
10 eggs
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Add 1 box of frozen spinich (thawed and water squeezed out)
8 ounces chopped chilis
2 Cups small curd cottage cheese
16 ounces of Shredded Jack Cheese
16 ounces of Shredded Chedder Cheese

Pour into greased (or spray with pam) 9″ x 13″ glass baking dish, Bake 15 minutes @ 450 then recude heat to 350 and bake 35 to 40 minutes, cool, cut and serve.

Zuccini Bread

3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
3 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Cup Canola Oil
2 Cups Shredded Zuccini
3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Beat eggs until fulffy
Add oil, sugar, zuccini and vanilla, Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients
Fill two loaf pans
Bake 1 hour @ 352 degrees
